How to Register for the Global Inclusion Conference
Non-members: If you are not a member of Diversity Abroad or a graduate student, please register using the non-member registration link below.
Members: Register for the conference by logging into the membership portal to receive a discounted price. Note the conference membership discount based on individual member licenses and not institutional member affiliation. Each institution has a specific number of membership licenses. Registration Steps
Step 1: Once you are on the registration site, please provide your contact information and choose your registration type (Full Access Pass, Graduate Student, Strategic Leadership Forum Only).
Step 2: After registering for the annual conference, you will be able to add select optional pre-conference workshops and other events.
Step 3: Select the payment option.
Step 4: Receive registration confirmation.
Full Access Conference Registration
Pre-Conference Summits and Thematic Lunches
Pre-Conference Summits: These half-day summits are held on October 29, 2024 and are available to conference attendees and those interested in only attending the summits.
All other registration types can purchase Pre-Conference Summit registration as a separate item. See Pre-Conference Summits for more information.
Thematic Lunches: These sessions are held on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 are available for purchase to Full Access registrants and can be added on during the registration process.
Reduced Pricing Information
Graduate Student Rate: This rate category is available to provide full-time graduate students access to the rich learning content available at the conference. Only full-time graduate students not employed full-time should use this registration. Graduate students will be required to submit verification showing full-time enrollment to [email protected].
Group discount: Note that five or more individuals from one institution/organization entity must register for the same registrant type (i.e., 5 full access pass conference registrations). Please note the 10% discount will only be applied to the full conference registration type. The discount does not count towards other registration types or additional pre-conference workshops and/or other events.
Volunteers: Interested in volunteering at the conference? Opportunities are available to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours to receive a discount on registration in the form of a rebate check. We also welcome individuals who would like to volunteer but do not plan on registering for the conference or attending conference activities. Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy:
If an attendee chooses to cancel their registration please be aware that all cancellation requests are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Please be aware that no refund requests due to cancellations will be considered after September 20, 2024. If Diversity Abroad cancels or postpones Global Inclusion 2024, attendees can transfer their registrations to Global Inclusion 2025 or other Diversity Abroad events.
Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be received in writing to [email protected] by September 20, 2024. All registrations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refund requests will be considered or accepted after September 20, 2024.
Payment Methods:
Registrants can pay by credit card.
Individuals requesting to pay by check or ACH/bank transfer must contact [email protected] to request an invoice.
