Global Inclusion 2021 is a hybrid event and includes virtual and in-person components.
The Full Access Pass includes all virtual main conference components in addition to on-site networking opportunities and the Think Forward Summit, which takes place Friday, October 29, 2021.
The Digital Pass includes access to all concurrent sessions, critical issues, and plenaries taking place Monday – Thursday as well as virtual networking opportunities. The Think Forward Summit can be purchased as an additional ticket.
Graduate Student Rate: This rate category is available for the Digital Pass only and is intended to provide full-time graduate students access to the rich learning content available at the conference. Only full-time graduate students not employed full-time should use this registration. Graduate students will be required to submit a copy of their student identification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Group discount: Note that five or more individuals from one institution/organization entity must register for the same registrant type (i.e., 5 full conference registrations). Please note the 10% discount will only be applied to the full conference registration types Full Access or Digital Pass. The discount does not count towards other registration types or additional pre-conference workshops and/or other events.
Travel Grants: A limited number of travel grants of between $250-$500 will be available to teams of colleagues who register for the Full Access Pass. A team is defined as at least two attendees from two different offices from one institution (e.g. a representative from study abroad and a representative from Multicultural Affairs). You can submit a travel grant application as part of registration for a Full- Access Pass. Please note that the grants will be given after Global Inclusion takes place.
Volunteers: Interested in volunteering at the conference? Opportunities are available to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours to receive a discount.
Non-members: If you are not a member of Diversity Abroad or a graduate student, please register here.
Members: Register for the conference by logging into the membership portal to receive a discounted price. Note the conference membership discount based on individual member licenses and not institutional member affiliation. Each institution has a specific number of membership licenses. Step 1: Once you are on the registration site, please provide your contact information and choose your registration type (Full Access Pass, Digital Pass, One Day Presenter, Graduate Student, Think Forward Summit Only, PreConference Only).
Step 2: After registering for the annual conference, you will be able to add select optional pre-conference workshops and other events.
Step 3: Select the payment option.
Step 4: Receive registration confirmation.
Pre-Conference workshops: These workshops are held virtually on October 21 and 22, 2021 and are available to Full Access and Digital Pass registrants at a discount.
Members: $149 | Non-members: $224

Munch & Learns: These sessions are held virtually on October 21 and 22, 2021 are available for purchase to Full Access and Digital Pass registrants and can be added on during the registration process.
Think Forward Summit: The Think Forward Summit is a hybrid event held on October 29, 2021, and is included in the Full Access Pass. Digital Pass registrants can purchase a ticket at a discount rate:

Cancellation Policy: Health and safety are a top priority for Diversity Abroad for Global Inclusion 2021. In the event Diversity Abroad determines the on-site portion of Global Inclusion 2021 must be moved to a virtual format, registrants who purchased the full-access pass will be refunded the difference between Full- Access and Digital Pass based on the purchase date. Example: If a registrant purchased an Early Bird Full Access Pass, they would receive the difference between Early Bird Full Access Pass and Early Bird Digital Pass.
Note that if Diversity Abroad cancels or postpones Global Inclusion 2021, attendees can transfer their registrations to Global Inclusion 2022 or other Diversity Abroad events.
Refund Policy: Requests for cancellations or modifications must be received in writing by September 21, 2021. All but $100 of the registration fee is refundable if written notification is received by September 21, 2021. There will be no refunds issued after September 21, 2021.
Payment Methods: Registrants can pay by credit card or by check. Checks MUST be received by October 11, 2021 or the late registration fee will apply.
