How to Register for the 2023 Global Inclusion Conference
Non-members: If you are not a member of Diversity Abroad or a graduate student, please register here.
Members: Register for the conference by logging into the membership portal to receive a discounted price. Note the conference membership discount based on individual member licenses and not institutional member affiliation. Each institution has a specific number of membership licenses. Registration Steps
Step 1: Once you are on the registration site, please provide your contact information and choose your registration type (Full Access Pass, Graduate Student, Strategic Leadership Forum Only).
Step 2: After registering for the annual conference, you will be able to add select optional pre-conference workshops and other events.
Step 3: Select the payment option.
Step 4: Receive registration confirmation.
Reduced Pricing Information
Graduate Student Rate: This rate category is available to provide full-time graduate students access to the rich learning content available at the conference. Only full-time graduate students not employed full-time should use this registration. Graduate students will be required to submit verification showing full-time enrollment to [email protected].
Group discount: Note that five or more individuals from one institution/organization entity must register for the same registrant type (i.e., 5 full access pass conference registrations). Please note the 10% discount will only be applied to the full conference registration type. The discount does not count towards other registration types or additional pre-conference workshops and/or other events.
Travel Grants: A limited number of travel grants of between $250-$500 will be available to teams of colleagues who register for the Full Access Pass. A team is defined as at least two attendees from the same institution. Travel grant application instructions can be found here and will only be considered after a Full Access Pass has already been purchased. Please note that the grants will be given after Global Inclusion takes place.
Volunteers: Interested in volunteering at the conference? Opportunities are available to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours to receive a discount on registration in the form of a rebate check. We also welcome individuals who would like to volunteer but do not plan on registering for the conference or attending conference activities. Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy:
If an attendee chooses to cancel their registration please be aware that all cancellation requests are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Please be aware that no refund requests due to cancellations will be considered after September 22, 2023. If Diversity Abroad cancels or postpones Global Inclusion 2023, attendees can transfer their registrations to Global Inclusion 2024 or other Diversity Abroad events.
Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellations and refunds must be received in writing to [email protected] by September 22, 2023. All registrations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No refund requests will be considered or accepted after September 22, 2023.
Payment Methods:
Registrants can pay by credit card or check. Checks must be received by September 22, 2023 or the late registration fee will apply. The billing address for checks is as follows:
