2023 Global Student Leadership Summit Registration Rates

Graduate Student Rate: This rate category is available to provide full-time graduate students access to the rich learning content available at the conference. Only full-time graduate students not employed full-time should use this registration. Graduate students will be required to submit a copy of their student identification to [email protected]
Group discount: Note that five or more individuals from one institution/organization entity must register for the same registrant type (i.e., 5 full conference registrations). Please note the 10% discount will only be applied to the full conference registration type. The discount does not count towards other registration types or additional pre-conference workshops and/or other events.
Travel Grants: A limited number of travel grants of between $250-$500 will be available to teams of colleagues who register for the Full Access Pass. A team is defined as at least two attendees from two different offices from one institution (e.g., a representative from study abroad and a representative from Multicultural Affairs). You can submit a travel grant application as part of registration for a Full- Access Pass. Please note that the grants will be given after Global Inclusion takes place.
Volunteers: Interested in volunteering at the conference? Opportunities are available to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours to receive a discount.
How to Register
Non-members: If you are not a member of Diversity Abroad or a graduate student, please register here.
Members: Register for the conference by logging into the membership portal to receive a discounted price. Note the conference membership discount based on individual member licenses and not institutional member affiliation. Each institution has a specific number of membership licenses. Registration Steps
Step 1: Once you are on the registration site, please provide your contact information and choose your registration type (Full Access Pass, Graduate Student, Strategic Leadership Forum Only).
Step 2: After registering for the annual conference, you will be able to add select optional pre-conference workshops and other events.
Step 3: Select the payment option.
Step 4: Receive registration confirmation.
Pre-Conference Workshops and Thematic Lunches
Pre-Conference workshops: These workshops are held on October 31, 2023 and are available to Full Access registrants.
Early Bird | Members: $249 | Non-members: $399
All other registration types can purchase Pre-Conference workshops as a separate item. See Pre-Conference Workshops for more information.
Thematic Lunches: These sessions are held on November 1, 2023 are available for purchase to Full Access registrants and can be added on during the registration process.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Payment Methods
Cancellation Policy
Note that if Diversity Abroad cancels or postpones Global Inclusion 2023, attendees can transfer their registrations to Global Inclusion 2024 or other Diversity Abroad events.
Refund Policy: Requests for cancellations or modifications must be received in writing by September 29, 2023. All but $100 of the registration fee is refundable if written notification is received by September 29, 2023. There will be no refunds issued after September 29, 2023.
Payment Methods: Registrants can pay by credit card or by check. Checks MUST be received by September 29, 2023 or the late registration fee will apply.
